The banking sales manager role requires the candidate to understand the business challenges of our financial sector clients and, through working with both client and FundTech staff, develop solutions to those challenges that:

• Solve the client’s business and technology challenges by utilizing your deep understanding of the financial services industry and your ability to apply appropriate solutions; and,
• Provide high quality “trusted advisor” advice to customers to ensure appropriate banking solutions are proposed.

You will develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stake holder groups including client business and technical organizations, FundTech's domestic and global delivery organizations, and third party software vendors. Specifically, you will work on projects utilizing our methodologies and tools; execute all necessary project tasks, define approach for more complex tasks and projects, understand client needs and shape client's views on project deliverables and what needs to be accomplished.

The appropriate candidate should have extensive experience with improving operations, payments, lending, collections, risk & compliance, or customer relationship management. You must have excellent client relationship skills, demonstrated effective team building, performed successful negotiations, developed winning proposals and have a track record of consistently exceeding goals. Business development skill or solution scales in the banking industry is a plus.

This position requires travel 4-5 days per month.

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 2 years experience in consulting (professional services) in the financial services sector
• At least 2 years experience in and understanding of the operations of a banking enterprise
• At least 1 year experience in banking application experience
• At least 3 years experience in understanding the operations of a banking enterprise
• Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week
• home on weekends
• English: Fluent

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
